Holiday savings, when and how?

Memorial day is around the corner, and you're bound to be blasted with ads for a bunch of junk that you don't need. Take a deep breath, relax, and realize that you can navigate through all this nonsense and actually snag a good deal out of the mess

A place people often forget about is Ebay. Granted, a lot of scalpers and people selling used items at full price are out there, but I just got my 5.11 hiking bag for 50$, which retails at 180$. Minor damage, especially small tears in pockets does not ruin equipment, and if you can't sow, there's bound to be a seamstress in your local city center.

Another place to snag deals from is Amazon, especially during holidays. Items that you want to upgrade, such as my galaxy pro 2 headphones I got during cyber Monday for 50$. Sometimes I compare browsing Amazon to window shopping, you'll never know what ya could find!

A little trick that works if you have a spare room or somewhere for storage is waiting until after the holidays. Holiday decorations go on sale for cheap when the holiday passes for local stores to get the items off the shelves. No time like the present to grab a couple knick knacks to lighten up your home for those occasions!

Just remember to keep that spirit up during the holidays and remember it's easy to save up 50$ for a little gift for yourself, which is who you need to keep motivated during these waves.
